We ask that the form be filled out detailing each item and its location in your home, feel free to include pictures or video if needed. Only the items covered in the Coombes Development, LLC Builder Warranty will be addressed, this was included in your closing docs at the time of original purchase. Please refer to that document when making your list. If you need help accessing this information, please reach out to the real estate Agent you worked with during the sale. The more detailed your form is, the better our team can assess and schedule the repair work. You can email your form and information, a few weeks prior to the expiration of your Warranty, to info@coombesdev.com and make sure to include your address in the RE line.
