Coombes Development strives for environmental stewardship between homes and the natural world, homes that are energy efficient, and projects that strengthen the surrounding community.

Coombes Dev revolves around a team of rockstar project managers, supervisors, and office staff . We also have an external team of partners consisting of subcontractors, architects and engineers that we work with every day.  

It was started by Seattle native, Jon Coombes.  Jon’s involvement in real estate began at the early age of 14, when he started painting houses during the summer.  He now has 20+ years of experience in both commercial and residential real estate.  Prior to starting Coombes Dev, Jon worked at Blueprint Capital and Northmarq Capital.
